1.2 Your use of the site constitutes an automatic acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of use, you should not make further use of the site.

The site aims to be a resource both to existing members of The Group and to those seeking to join The Group. It follows the guidelines described in  Factsheet FS295207: ‘Developing a Scout Website’.

4.1 The Group recognises that your privacy is important to you. The Group is committed to respecting the online privacy of every individual who visits our website. The contents of this Privacy Policy relates only to the domain.

Personal data that you provide to us will only be used by us to contact you in relation to matters relating to Scouting. We will not give any personal data to any other third party.

Breaches of our copyright will be reported to the Information Commissioner (for potential prosecution under the Data Protection Acts), to the Police (for potential prosecution under the Computer Misuse Act) and to our lawyers (for breach of our copyright, and claims for compensation as a consequence.

6.1 We welcome inward links to The Group web sites but not without our prior written consent for non-Scouting sites. All links must be appropriate and relevant in the context of The Group and must not give the impression that The Group is in any way associated with or have approved such other site.
